to be spooked by FB request

I got a friend request on facebook from someone with the same name as me with the same spelling
I found this quite scary.what do I do?
Does he want to form some sort of secret society with people of the same name

I once heard about 2 people who got married who had the same name and 'met' each other on FB. One was British and one was american. I think their name was sam.

Im the only person on FB with my real name, but I would be tempted to accept. Though you would have to be carefull with identity theft etc.

Ive got quite a few friends who ive never met face to face.

I got a FB friend request from someone recently saying "ARE YOU skss my long lost cousin from Tasmania".

I said yes, I'm hoping for a free holiday to America out of this.

Stupid.
I have 9 or 10 laydees with identical name to me.
Is no problem. Just being friendly.

I was poked on FB by someone with same name, totally ignored it. On Friends Reunited someone with same name made contact, I totally ignored it. Would never consider doing that, maybe they are immature and childish?

They're going to have a bigger suprise unless I can perfect a Tasmanian accent.

I've searched my name (rather unusual) on FB and there is another, she's some famous doc in America. I haven't tried to befriend her though. Going by the number of very tenuous friend requests I get and ignore, I don't think someone with the same name as you is that weird.

I just searched me, and there are quite a few of us with blonde hair and the same thick black glasses...odd!
