New bathroom has been being installed all week. Already 2 days overdue due to cock ups by Bathstore in them ordering and delivering bits and pieces. Have just been told by installers that there is no loo seat. Called store - none was ever ordered. Even the guy there admitted it was a 'totally stupid' mistake (made by his boss). Who the hell orders an entire new bathroom without a loo seat.

Will have to fit it myself now too when it finally arrives. Not end of world but my DIY skills are less than zero. And will have to hover above the pan for the next week. Nice.

Rest of it looks quite nice though to be fair - phew.

Fabulous. LOVE the cow. Sadly it needs to be top fixing and I know from bitter bitter bitter experience that top fixing toilet seats are a nightmare to find anywhere.

Anyway, it's the principle of the bloody thing!!!!!

If it's any consolation, this sort of idocy is rife in my life too. Ordered a bike from cycle surgery, went to pick it up only to be told it doesn't come with peddles and I should have ordered them, WTF??!!
