We found out via metrocentre's website that you had to go to the disney store. We were told to queue, with our severly disabled son with extreme challenging behaviour. For him to give up the queue to line all the toys up.
We asked if there was any provision for disability...NOTHING.
However I have been on the phone to them, not to complain but to see how I can make this more accessible to him...to find unless I queue overnight there's not much else to do. I was also told all the wrong information at the metrocentre today!!!!
I was also told there are going to be plenty of NT children very upset when they don't get to meet Mickey. I'm sorry but NT kids even toddlers can be reasoned with and redirected but your sld child can't.
Now he won't stop asking for the campervan and this will go on until he gets to see it. It's bad enough getting him in the metrocentre never mind now needing to see the campervan every time we go.
