I have lost an earring. Don'y know when, have searched everywhere (including mucking through the vacuum cleaner).

Not expensive, but DH gave them to me for my 18th birthday and I have only ever had them out for cleaning.

Dammit.

check bath and sink.

Not unreasonable at all, if they are that sentimental, go ahead you can only feel better. I find that since having children I cry at the drop of a hat over nothing so you have good reason!

YANBU - hugs x

Lie down on the floor with your head on one side. It's the only way I ever find anything tiny.

Have you checked behind your bed/under sofas/behind bedside tables? I always chuck my jewelery in the vague direction of the bedside table so there are lots of single earrings behind it.

I have a feeling it may have been at the gym on Wednesday, DS2 grabbed my hair/ear in the pool...

Oh well, will have to get over it - is very upsetting.
