Not even a hint of rose. Am I delusional, I thought beetroot coloured your wee? Maybe 2.5 hours is not long enough to wait.

I forgot I had been eating beetroot the other day and had a panic when the water in my loo looked like I had been bleeding heavily into it

And again, a lovely deep pink. I wonder how long it will last for .
annh, I didn't eat the beetroot specifically to get red wee, but I'm unlikely to eat that quantity ever again, so it was now or never iykwim.

It's not just wee that asparagus turns vile smelling. I won't get intimate with my husband after we've been eating asparagus.

Beetroot, though, that's a useful tip.

Do you have a juicer? Try beetroot juice - and wait...

a long time ago in a galexy far far away

makeing the galexy bit up tee hee

I had beetroot sandwiches one day for lunch and the next day after a poo looked down and saw the water in the toilet was red ( I would of shit myself had I not just done so)
It scared the life out of me. I was thinking internal bleeding and other nasty thoughts until I realised it was my red wee

I am not going to name change but - ahem - I called NHS Direct in a panic one morning because I had red poo. In my head this = bowel cancer. It took a few hours for me to clue in that I had overdone it on the beeetroot crisps the day before
