I'm pretty sure Lily didn't put out any clean versions, I'd imagine the stations did it themselves as when she was on NMTB and Jamelia asked her about getting a clean version for her daughter the response was along the lines of "I didn't write my album for your daughter."

they do release clean versions for radio you know, sometimes whole albums. Not sure if there were any for Lily allen though.
