Got peckish at work mid-morning, went to the Tesco local or whatever it is and picked up a pasta salad thing in a pot. Got back to the office, looked at the numbers (I always do this, I'm a loser).
It contained:
- 125 calories
- 20% of your daily fat allowance
- 5% (I think) of your daily salt allowance
IN ONE TABLESPOONFUL!!!
How do they manage to fit all the crap in?
