thought you'd turned it off

and again, its another argument that there are immigrants taking all the jobs. What a load of tosh.

Meglet · 20/07/2010 21:25

She is dealing with people with huge issues. I'm not sure how she is going to make it work .

Her neck-scarf irritates me.

Ladyanonymous · 20/07/2010 21:27

I want to kill her - is that extreme - never mind the family - I was lured back in by that scarf and voice like nails down a blackboard.....

Wasnt she in another programme last year - the one trying to get single mums back into work, when she was working for the jobcentre pilot scheme?

Swarski · 20/07/2010 21:37

The scarf thing is really wierd...what is under it???

Ladyanonymous · 20/07/2010 21:42

I only wear one when I have an unexpected hickey

I think Hayley is fantastic.
And that voice like nails on a blackboard is called a Yorkshire accent. Up here, it sounds like honey

Ladyanonymous · 20/07/2010 21:44

Its not the accent my dad and OH are both from Yorkshire - its the tone...

I watched the last series she was in, did she really think matching eyeshadow to outfits was a good idea?

MrsForgetful · 20/07/2010 21:53

this programe has hit a nerve with me that i didn't expect.

I WANT to work but my life is so chaotic i give up- I cannot believe what i'm about to say....but here goes....

I'D LOVE A FAIRY JOBMOTHER TO SPEND THE WEEK IN MY HOME....AND MAKE EVERYONE IN MY LIFE TAKE ON WHAT RESPONSIBILITIES THEY ARE ABLE TO

(i have mental health problems...and my sons are autistic...so its not straight forward...but my self esteem is so crap...and in the past i've had support workers like hayley....and when i've had them i feel positive...but i've been without support now for a year...and the downward spiral is neverending)

My husband works full time...so we are not totally sponging off the state....but the guilt i feel about being on incapacity benefit & recieving DLA for me and 2 of my 3 sons.....and the thoughts i have about what people think of ME and MY FAMILY - distres me.

Well...this programme has made me see what a rut i really am in.

Horntail · 20/07/2010 21:54

i think she is bloody fab

thatsnotmymonkey · 20/07/2010 21:58

Love her. She keeps it real.

BalloonSlayer · 20/07/2010 21:59

I think she is great too.

It did put me in mind of the "Skinheed" strip from Viz, though. She had a sympathetic explanation for everything they did and said. I expect she was right - she is just 1000 x nicer than I am.

Ladyanonymous · 20/07/2010 22:02
  • Yea but what is her training?!

PinkyWithABrain · 20/07/2010 22:03

I think she is fab.

Though those flower earrings that she wears creep me out a bit. They make her left lobe in particular look like it's split in two!
