No, YADNBU, some days I wake up and just count down the hours!

darkandstormy · 15/07/2010 18:08

Not long till that magical hour eh?Although I must admit have been making a concerted effort to cut down dramatically.

See, Im not a drinker, but I am at my happiest for the first 30mins of silence of an evening!

Not to say Im not happy when my kids are awake, but that first 30mins is BLISS!

YADNBU

cestlavie · 15/07/2010 18:10

Well that depends doesn't it?

If it's 6.00am in the morning you're talking about maybe that it slightly unreasonable (though to be quite frank, even by that stage it's sometimes tempting...!)

darkandstormy · 15/07/2010 18:12

DANJAR Do you have a little non wine treat then, at that lovely twilight hour? choccie or something? We all need our poison

How old are they? If young, then I totally sympa/empathise.

Some days you just limp through until bedtime. DH and I used to high five each other when the last one had gone to bed

DanJARMouse · 15/07/2010 18:12

Usually a glass of diet coke and a sneaky ciggie

nagoo · 15/07/2010 18:13

ask me again when I've got more than 1DC....

DanJARMouse · 15/07/2010 18:13

ditavonteesed · 15/07/2010 18:29

have ,made a coffee and when I have drunk it they are going to bed and I don't care what time it is, they must be tired or they wouldn't be fighting so much, then I will very much be having a glass of wine and a ciggie.
