to not do any packing and leave it to dp...

i'm 35 weeks pregnant and i am a sahm to a 16 month old whirlwind and an 8 year old... we are moving house on saturday.. ive done ds's room and the living room, theres a kitchen and our room, which is full of new baby stuff

dp keeps asking me if ive done anymore packing, hes taken tomorrow off work for moving stuff (like cleaning the new house) aibu to leave it to him, he seems to think so..

No we moved with a 6month old I was told to stay up my mum's and leave it to him. DP said it would be easier without us there.

YANBU imo.

At 35/40 you shouldn't be doing too much.

We moved when ds2 was 3 weeks. Dh did most of it, I made coffee and went to the butty shop!

i wonder if he'd be annoyed if i took dd to soft play tomorrow....

i'd probably come back to half my stuff at the tip, the other day he tried to throw away a baby bath, a top and tail bowl and half of the baby hammock cos he didnt know what it was!

In that case maybe you should set yourself up in a supervisory capacity so nothing important gets thrown out. Let him do the physical work though
