To expect an estate agent to know how to spell tenancy?

He spells it tenency every time.It's not like he is new, he has been a lettings agents for at least a couple of years.You woould think one of his colleagues would have spotted it before now!!!

yes you are; estate agents as a rule cannot spell and abuse the English language constantly: " comprises of" being a perfect example. I have come to the conclusion that they aren't very bright as a rule.
