Aptamil Pepti and other things

I am pretty much at my wits end with DS2's feeding, he is now 20 weeks. He has been diagnosed with silent reflux (by a peadiatrician) and has been put on omperazole and domperidone. The paed said that it was probably secondary to CMPI and put him on nutramigen - but we tried for a week to get him to drink it and he would hardly touch it so we are now on aptamil pepti which he seems to prefer. My concern is that he still only takes small feeds - 3 or 4 oz (this has been going on for months and is due to the reflux apparently) and he seems in quite a lot of pain with trapped wind etc (cries when he farts!). We've only been on the aptamil pepti for a week but I don't know if it is really helping. The paed said the reflux meds might take 6 weeks to take effect and heal the damage.

I am just so frustrated because he still is very unsettled in the day, cries a lot and won't be put down, he still has small feeds and he wakes every three hours in the night whereas when he was about 12 weeks he was sleeping through.

Any advice / info would be great.

If your son has CMPI then Aptamil Pepti is probably not the best as it still has CMP in it .

What about Neocate or Nutramigen AA?
