So is the eczema all over his body or only really on his face?

read this about apricot kernal oil

The nomadic people of the tundra use thei oil on their skin and their skin ages far less quickly than western nations. I've looked into this and the products that I now use on my face contain this ingredient. It's not only the oil but organic moisturiser containing it. If you can find a good product with it in, then I would give it a go on your son because it basically (along with vaseline) cured my eczema. I'm 32 and suffered chronic eczema all my life, including on my lips and face but when my mum told me about this cream and the benefits of the oil, I found I only needed to moisturise twice daily, rather than slapping an emolient on every half an hour.

we found diprobase made things worse but Aveeno works really well.
