Barrier Creams - Wool and Lanolin Free?

Any recommendations for baby bum creams which are wool and lanolin free. I have been using Sudocrem, which states that it contains hypo-allergenic lanolin, but am not sure whether there is anything more suitable out there.

You use it the night before and when they wake up their bums are much better.
