Aveeno vs Aveeno

Afternoon all

I'm going to change my DS to Aveeno and noticed you can now buy the baby version online which is fragance free. My question is, do you think there is a difference? As I've managed to get the non baby version (daily lotion, sachets and bath wash) prescribed by my GP.

Oh and Poundland are selling the Aveeno Baby barrier creams for you guessed it, £1!!

I have had some of the baby version I bought on ebay, but I think it had milk proteins in it, so not good if dairy allergic (was a while ago, so may be wrong).

I preferred the normal stuff though.

the barrier cream is a nappy barrier cream I think?

Ok, thanks I think the moisture cream has milk proteins the lotion version doesn't. I have been prescribed the normal one with addeed shea butter.

Yes, the barrier cream is for baby's bottom.

I much prefer the baby Aveeno for DS. It's slightly lighter and much more easily absorbed, so he feels less sticky after. His skin also feels more moisturised. I think it's so much better than normal Aveeno.

We bought our baby Aveeno in the states and didn't know you could get it here too. I was beginning to get concerned as we're down to our last tube.

Do you mind me asking where you get it from online in the UK?

I should have said, I was talking about the baby daily moisturising lotion, not the barrier cream.

I've had a quick search for it online, and can't find it in the UK. So if you can point me in the right direction, that would be great!

Sainsbury's sell a couple of different types of the cream.

sleepsox, I am a massive aveeno fan and discovered Aveeno baby in the states, the lotion and the shampoo and wash, so frustrated when I got home and couldn't find it, so I have imported some wash and lotion from the states and am setting up to sell it, but I have listed it on ebay in the meantime....
