Urgent help please

my tongue has swollen right at the back.

i have taken an antihistamine, but it's not really going down.

i feel really tired as well and sort of like i just want to go to sleep.

can i take another antihistamine?

I'd ring NHS direct, myself if you've taken the max dose stated on the packet. Or, do you have a chemist nearby?

Hope you're better soon, the anti-h will make you sleepy so don't panic.
