I need to add custerd creams to my list as well, thank god I'm not allergic to chocolate

prefer not to reply to this properly as it makes us too easily identifiable.

martini the problem with testing is that is will mainly only cover allergies, not intolerances. However the only good method for intolerances is trial and error, not VEGA testing.

I someimes say I will set up us an "allergy consultant" with an empty box for my "tests". Then I'll judge by symptoms what to tell them to try excluding. Orange flavouring and the "dirty dozen (google it) in general are known to be a problem for ADHD so excluding those might produce some benefit and doesn't generally do any harm. If they don't eat much oily fish your child might also benefit from more omega 3 fatty acids.

You might want to look on the special needs section for University of Sunderland urine tests. Don't know that they have ever been independently tested either but but they have some rational behind them.
