Have many people had mild reactions (hives/poorly tummy, temperatures, off food ) without knowing why ?

My 5 year old seems to get this regularly and i cannot seem to work out the cause.

She is allergic to peanuts nuts eggs and sesame and we are very careful (not even traces are allowed)

Any thoughts?

Could it be a reaction to a virus? They cause hives in some people and if you take away the hives then "poorly tummy, temperatures, off food" does sound like one.
