gluten free pancakes

I've a gluten allergic friend coming fo pancakes, I've bought the gluten free flour -any tips on making pancakes with it? tx

check if they are also dairy free, otherwise carry on more or less as normal. Gluten free things can be a bit dry so you may want to put in a little extra liquid. Doesn't seem to matter as much with pancakes though, probably because they get eaten quickly .

I use Delias ecipe with Doves farm flour and it works perfectly. I like to make my batter well in advance as I think it makes the flour absorb the liquid much better

thanks - nope, no eggs which is great as we've got nut and gluten free today - egg free as well would make it tough
will get flipping!
