My son has severe eczema and asthma he is just out of hospital as he had a serious chest infection, whilst we where there we gottold we might be able to claim DLA for him, Is this true??....

Sorry, don't know the answer about DLA. The person who advised you must have been pretty sure to have told you that However, it may be caused by mould which can be unseen in the home. Google 100 mold allergies and read the info on mold-help.org.
I'm sure if you found that was the cause it would remove all the stress that's involved with illness.

it's possible if it's very bad and needs constant attention. One or two people on mumsnet have claimed.
