OK - I may be a bit behind the times here, but Dermasalve cream was the only thing that helped DD1's eczema (apart from steroids), and then they went into administration, grrr. Just run out of my stock for DD2 (we had a lot!), and realised she is similarly allergic to everything under the sun, and DD1's eczema is getting really bad again, so had a last ditch internet search hoping it would come up on ebay or whatever, and lo and behold - its back! I know there were a few on here a year or so ago lamenting its demise, so hopefully this will be good news for you.
(PS, no I'm not advertising, I'm just really excited! Sad I know )
