I have been sitting on the grass this afternoon, and have come out with a really, really stingy, itchy nettle rash on the back of my legs. They're covered in white bumps, like nettle rash, but I know that there were no nettles.
I have taken an antihistimine, and they're a bit better, but still really, really itchy, and I don't know what to do now. Can I take another antihistimine?
