Sensitive to plasters. How am I going to get on my shoes tomorrow?

have blisters on my heels from pathetic attempt at running on sunday. put on sopme plasters so I could wear my work shoes this morning. Was fine until about an hour ago when they started ti itch intesly and I peeledoff the plasters to reeal enormous huge blistered peeling bits where the plaster glue was.

have soaked poor damaged feet in cold water and itching stopped but feet in a bit of a mess.

what can I use to cover the sore bits so I can get my shoes on tomorrow?

Im highly allergic to even the sensitive ones- I still have scars from the allergic reaction I took last year. No chance you have shoes without a back bit? Decent flip flops? In this weather, noone will think anything of it. You wont want to put another plaster over blistered skin. Trust me

have also been banned from wearing my crocs but may have t chance it.

Why have you been banned from wearing crocs?!? Is it because they slip on/ off?

Get some micropore tape , dp can't wear plasters so uses this.

Hydrocolloid type dressing?I bought dd some "Compeed" stuff,ridiculously overpriced,but if you are nursey maybe you could appropriate some comfeel type stuff when manager isn't looking

holes in crocs. although I have yet to drop anything sharp in them and find the wee drains out better than with real shoes.

micropore makes me spotty and itchy.

perhaps try some comfeel.

although do you think it might be the glue i've reacted to?
