How much Nutramigen should my 6-month old DD drink?

On the tin it says that babies over 4 months old should have 4 feeds of 7oz per day, i.e. 28oz in total. I had thought that the general rule of thumb (for standard formula milk at least) was around 2.5oz per pound of weight for a baby not yet on solids. My DD is quite light at 14lbs, but even that would imply 35oz of formula per day. Does anyone know if there is a reason why Nutramigen is different?

What is the kcals of 100ml of made feed, standard formula is about 67 kcals per 100 ready made feed.

Good point, thanks! I've checked and Nutramigen is 68 calories per 100ml of reconstituted formula. Probably not a coincidence that it mirrors that of standard formula. I can't get my DD to take more than 28oz per day at the moment anyway, but might check with the manufacturers if that changes.
