Eggs, arrrrrrrrrgh!!

dd1 recently tried boiled eggs and likes them. she had a few over the easter holidays for breakfast, but her eczema has flared up around her mouth. the only thing that changed was the eggs. she does enjoy them, so do we let her carry on and watch out for any other symptons (if she came out in skin rashes or her breathing was affected i'd be more worried), or just dont let her have eggs.

try her with egg yolks only, most of the allergens are in the whites so you might be able to just give her yolks

it mainly the yolk she eats. doesnt really touch the white.

she's 5. aslthough she has had egg in foods, its only recently she has had egg on its own.

misdee Dd2 loves eggs, but she also has reactions to them, I just keep the priton on hand...
