i am taking my 7month old on holiday to dubai next week, he has exzma which is particlarly irritable on his face. i have it under control with elidel cram and aveeno cream. can anyone reccomend any suncreams to use for him whilst abroad which would be suitable for exzma. Aveeno cream is great not sure if they do anything in the suncream range??
thanx in advance for any advice

aveeno sun cream is only available in usa.
I use the Boots sensitive skin one on ds with no probs.
this is supposed to be very good - I might try it if we have a hot summer.

Obviously the best advice for a 7 mo is to stay out of sun wherever poss. You can get those factor 50 sun shades for the buggy.

I have found Bergaderm really good for my 3 DC with eczema.

avveno suncream is available in the UK here:

Also green people do an organic suncream.

I've used both on my ds and they've been fine on his skin.

Bergaderm is good, but it's agony if it gets into the eyes so be careful with it.

The year before last I used Aveeno on DS with no problems, but last summer he reacted to it very badly and had a nasty outbreak everywhere I had applied it despite never having had eczema on his face before. So I used Sunsense roll-on which was brilliant and easy to apply.
