Hi, I saw you ask on another thread about gluten free sweets

lots of sweets are gluten free, if you let me know what sort of things you wanted,I can tell you some ideas/brands to opt for

at the 2 extremes.....most Haribo jellies actaully say on the back they are GF, and Thorntons chocs are also well labelled, as is much of Sainsburys own brand stuff

some of Sainsburys childrens sweets mention wheat in the ingredient list - e.g. strawberry laces. Good for keeping in the house as I'm not tempted to eat them . Great excuse to buy chocolate as that is generally gluten free (not things like kit-kat that have biscuit in).

tatt is right about MOST chocolate being GF, but don't assume it is if you are buying for someone who HAS to be totally GF, even cadbury dairy milk is not garunteed GF because the production line handles biscuit, Galaxy on the other hand is fine

sainsburys have their own gluten free logo
