Corn allergy? What do you avoid?

Never been told much by our pead other than to avoid corn I just wondered what other people avoid linked to corn and what lengths you go too. Dd has had this allergy for a long time now alongside alot of others. We do our best and avoid all the basics. Corn flakes, corn on cob, corn of all types eg niblets, corn crisps, pop corn, corn flour, maize another name. However, corn being a thickener it is in alot of other things under various names eg maize starch. I limited as much as i can but have to admit sshe does have maize starch in things somethimes. I know it is in her diet in possibly numerous things which are not listed in ingredients. Just curious about anyone elses knowledge/advise and what you do
