Goosedown duvet. Could it be?

DH has been waking up feeling wheezy and chesty for a while now. It's quite low level, but irritating enough to need beconase, and is also making him feel very lethargic.

He's now decided he thinks the symptoms may be linked to when we bought a goosedown duvet. We're trying a week's trial with our old duvet, but I'm pretty upset - not sure I can live without my goosedown - it is amazing- anyone had any experience?

Bugger! Have to buy a silk- filled one I think. Aren't they supposed to be the nearest thing in terms of weight/feeling?
