My little baby boy is apparently allergic to wheat, milk, eggs, soya and nuts. He is fully breastfed at the moment but dermatologist has advised me to cut these all out of my diet at the moment.

Waiting to see dietician, but in meantime, does anyone know of any recipe books that are for people with allergies. As need to try be inventive with eating!

There is a fantastic book called "The Food Allergy Survival Guide" by Vesanto Melina. I used to work with her. Great book! You can get it at Amazon. Her recipes are simple and yummy. And kid-friendly, a lot of it was written for kids with allergies.
Good luck!!

Our dietitican recommended the Allergy-free cookbook by ALice SHerwood. I would give it a qualified recommendation, in that my DS is allergic to dairy but all the dairy free recipes seem to substitute soya, which he is also allergic to. Google it or have a look on amazon and see what you think. ALso, might be worth trying to speak to your community dietitians on the phone because that sounds like a lot for you to need to cut out and it will have a big impact on your nutrition.
