Help finding an antibiotic my son can take!

My ds's gp is struggling to find an antibiotic my ds can take that wont affect him. He cant have colours or aspartame... the doctor tried him with clorethromisine(sp) and that gave him a tummy ache! advice please.......

Im actually trying to ask what other parents with children who have problems with colours etc manage with antibiotics!!
