My mum has just found out that she has an allergy to PPD. I think it is a chemical. It is often found in hair dyes and henna, also black rubber products and leather. This allergy is mainly affecting her feet so I'm trying to find her some socks and shoes that do not contain PPD. I have been told that vegan and vegetarian shoes will be a good option but shoes obviously don't have an ingredients list on them.
Does anyone know of specific sites that sell non PPD shoes or socks? Or does anyone have any information about PPD in general. Anything would be of help.
