We normally have things like croissants and pancakes but this year I am dairy free. Any ideas?

Full english.
Smoked salmon and scrambled eggs.
You can buy dairy free croissants, which are actually pretty palatable when warmed up.

I have Pure, but pancake batter uses milk doesn't it??

The shops rounds here don't sell the dairy free croissants unfortunately.

I probably should have mentioned I don't do fish either.

You can probably make pancakes with soya milk can't you?

Saturn74 · 14/12/2008 18:44

Rice milk or soya.

How long have you been diary free?

Get a decent dairy free cookery book. Mine is gluten free as well so can't recommend one but there are loads out there.

If you search for vegan recipes you should come up with good suggestions.
