Can anyone please recommend a handwash?

DD has mild eczema which is currently flaring up. She has it on her hands which is new for her. She goes to nursery and I was wondering if there is a gentle handwash she could try?

Try a Bady Shop one. I had the mango one once and it was gorgeous and didn't affect my eczema at all. Smelt lovely!
