changed to Enfamil lactofree

so.... my daughter 6 weeks has been prescribed enfamil lacto free as was screaming during and after feeding, arching back, generally miserable - also all of my husbands familt are severely lactose intollerant.

had 4 feeds so far and much less screaming during after and not so uncomfortable (even falling asleep straight after a feed!) but still really not settled and still squirming about - still had screaming for a couple of hours at about 11.30 last night - but hoping just as she was constipated... will it take time for things to possibly improve or should it be pretty instant?? Also seems very hungry?? have changed from aptamil easy digest which was very thick... wondering if this isnt filling her up as much?

my son was like this for year on that milk due to confusion with dietitians appt changed to prosobee at dietitians appt 100% improvement within 12 hours enfamil stil contains some milk proteins believe now he constantly wanted milk as it seemed to confort him but when in his belly made him ill so was vicious circle could you ask to try other milk recccommend prosobee went from 6-8 9 oz bottles a day to 2-3 10oz bottles a day within week
