Prickly Heat...Help!

Does anyone know any way of treating/preventing prickly heat. I have tried most things from all allergy tablets to cuticura talc.Even when i'm not sunbathing i get it in the summer. PLEASE HELP!

I saw something in sainsburys for prickly heat.It is a magicool product but not the one that is just a spray to cool you down.
