Weird rash and bumps

Hi i developed this slowly from past two weeks. Gp first said it is allergy but antiallegies didnot work now i have another appointment booked

I had a similar rash in exactly the same place a couple of weeks ago, just on one wrist. It cleared up over the course of about a week (I thought I’d see if it went away before booking an appt)

After a bit of googling it looked most similar to dust mites, which figures as I’m working renovating a particular dusty room.

Sorry if that’s not a ton of help, just thought I’d share as it looked quite similar to that.
