Allergy Translation Cards

I’m going to Greece in a couple of months and I have an allergy. I can’t for the life of me remember what I took last time but I know that I’d printed something off that I used in restaurants.

Do anyone know where I might get something like this from?

Allergy UK do them I think but you can probably chat gpt them now too. Just triple check the translation is correct.

I know they are companies that do it, but I can help you out. I am both an allergy mum and speak greek, so if you let me know your allergies I can send you some cards in PDF format that you can print?

I get ours from Allergy UK. I buy the little credit card sized ones and they come in 3s each with slightly different sentences on them, depending on if you are asking about the allergen- if the restaurant can cater or if you need an ambulance. I've had the Greek ones before.

One thing though- in Cyprus at a cafe the owner very carefully studied and paid attention to the cards, then after we had sat down and ordered the owner completely on autopilot came over with a little bowl of peanuts (our allergen) to have with our drinks.

Greece is wonderful. I am very envious of your trip!

I use www.equaleats.com. They do the credit card sizes ones. I got them in Croatian last year. I'm pretty sure _maycontain on Instagram has a discount code for them too.
