Milk allergy/reflux

My little boy is 7 weeks old now and since he was around 1 week old I've noticed that he breaths a bit heavier than my son did.

Where his ribs are they pull in more. He always has runny poos all the time, congested, sneezes very often and grunts when laying down. He is formula feed. We have changed his milk to Kendall organic yesterday to see if things change.

We went hospital when he was a week old for the breathing and they did say he had mild breathing issues but keep an eye and if gets worse come back (it hasn't). They did an X ray and came back normal. Observations, oxygen, heartbeat all normal too.

Health visitor noticed him sucking in a little today and asked how long ago was his feed? She thinks it's reflux and to get checked for allergies.

Has anyone else little one been the same? How do they test for milk allergy etc?

Thank you 🥰
