Is this heat rash?

Hi does anyone know if this is a heat rash. He is fine in himself, no temperature plenty of wet nappies and feeding fine. The rash is only here on his belly. He is 3 months old. I have booked a GP appointment but no until tomorrow so just wanted some peace of mind. Thank you

It could be a heat rash, but it's good you're seeing the GP to be sure. Keep him cool and in loose clothing until then.

Is he hot? Has he been hot? Could just be a irritation from the top or washing powder. My dd skin used to come up like that just from my Mum holding her because of the different washing powder. If your child is well why on earth does it need a doctors appointment?

WonderingWanda - he has a GP appointment for something else tomorrow not because of the rash but I will ask whilst I’m there. He is quite a hot baby, he’s never really cold, always gets quite sweaty but has not been ill or had a temp. I was thinking it could be a heat rash or maybe washing powder however, I haven’t changed it. I use fairy for him.
