Neocate LCP - Dairy allergy

My LO has been on Neocate LCP for over 7 weeks. She has started getting eczema over her legs and body. Could this be something else or she isn't getting on well with her milk? Could be skin cycle? Has anyone experienced this?

I'm in the USA
But my niece had something similar on formula.
Is there any vitamin D in the Neocate?
They supplemented her on vitamin D and her eczema went away.
