Can't see you photo. If chickenpox I found that it will start with a larger spot, normally on chest, back, and face, but for us it was stomach. It has a clear liquid centre with a red surround, there's something else with a hard center to the spot called Molluscum contagiosum which looks similar and is much less serious but goes on for ages.
Also for chicken pox - a temperature and generally feeling unwell and very tired.
Very sorry if it's chickenpox, so glad it's vaccinated against now. The spots get very itchy and porridge oats in a tepid bath soothe them, put the oats tied up in a tea towel, so that you don't make porridge and block your drain.
I managed to have one child having chicken pox and one Molluscum contagiosum within a few months of each other we caused great confusion at nursery as they were convinced that the child who had had molluscum for months must have chickenpox when the other one got chickenpox. They then realised I told them about the rash moths before and it was just still there.
