Exhausted with food intolerance and still bad tummy...

I dont know what to do and it is making me feel down.

Few weeks ago had private food intolerance test as been suffering for months with bad tummy. Doctor did bloods, all came back normal, no cealiac. Told to keep food diary but possible IBS.

My private intolerance test said im intolerant to buckwheat and cows milk. Gluten and wheat are borderline.

I have cut dairy out and have reduced gluten and wheat. I also struggle to go the the loo frequently and think this doesn't help and I get a lot of wind which I will hold in.

I have a new BF and get myself in a state if I stay over and end up going on the sofa cos I get a bad tummy.

It's so depressing and seems regardless of what I eat now I am still getting flare ups. Can anyone offer advice please?

Buscopan helps but sometimes I end up taking 3 at a time

My additional triggers were onion and garlic. Have you done an exclusion diet with a nutritionist? I got one through my GP and v helpful

I am still very new to it, have been eating mainly chicken, brown rice, fish, sweet potato. I think eggs set me off too although from my test I didn't react to them.

As I said I have met someone and wont go to loo at his or pass wind but I am like this at work too. This week ive had chronic back ache and pains in legs

Talk to your GP in the first instance. One of my best friends has it. It probably isn't that, but I just thought it was worth mentioning, because it doesn't have specific dietary links like Coeliacs being gluten intolerance, or like a food allergy, but it does link to diet. I know she is more or less vegan because she feels better without animal fats, but she's not actually specifically intolerant to dairy or meat or eggs, for example.

Most of my family are coeliac. None of us showed up in a blood test. We all need a scope into our tummy. We have desperate reactions to gluten . You need to be eating gluten to have the scope. Could you chat to your GP about that as l fully understand how awful it is.
