Brainache try to e-mail/contact Coeliac UK is all I can suggest. My dh is a coeliac but we don't update the directory.

We tend to make a lot of food from scratch so don't use the directory a lot. Also food labelling has improved so much that on the odd occasion we but something pre-packaged if I am uncertain then I opt for something that say gluten free or has the crossed grain symbol.

Sorry not to be of more help.

p.s. yes your post is in the right place

tip (not sure what type of shopping you are doing) if it is chocolate at all Thorntons have loads of stuff clearly labelled as gluten free recipes!
