help how do we mix neocate with milk?

dd as 4oz milk been told to mix little by little of neocate but the neocate is hard to understand! we was told 3 oz of soya with 3 scoops of soya but neocate is by 100 g so i think ive worked it out as 100fl to two scoops is that right?

thank you we tried working it out have put 3 scoops of soya and i 1/2 scoops of necate for 4 oz ofwater for this week,in a few days going to do a little more neocate
