Near 5-month-old never settles

Hi,
I was hoping to read some advice or words of wisdom from other parents who have been through, or are going through, the same as me.
I have a near 5 month old baby girl who has had a turbulent feeding journey from the start. To cut a long story short, at around 3 months the GP agreed she had a CMPA and put her on Nutramigen. We saw a marginal change. My daughter also has silent reflux which is medicated with infant Gaviscon and Losec (Omperazole). She has no other symptoms of the allergy other than a small red patch that appears above her eyebrow after feeding.

The main concern was her recurrent screaming at night which would go on for hours. It has got to me severely - I have been diagnosed with postnatal depression.

After a month on Nutramigen I asked for a review with the GP who agreed the milk still may not be a perfect fit. So we’re now on Aptamil Pepti 1. It’s been one week and at the moment we had maybe one or two more settled nights but tonight has been back to square one. Screaming, wide awake, showing no signs of tiredness despite me forcing three naps in the day.

She has always been just totally wired - she cat naps in the day, and is generally unsettled of an evening until about 11pm when she sleeps until around 7am. This seems great but to me she only sleeps for this length of time because she is exhausted. She rolls, tries to sit up and is also trying to crawl.

Has anyone who has been here got any other tips or things I can explore, please? I am honestly in the thick of it and feel like I’ve honestly not had a single break for the entire time she’s been here. I want to enjoy her, but our feeding journey has been nothing short of horrendous.

many thanks in advance x
