I need advice on what to do

I 23(F) have been seeing this girl (20F). She has a baby (13month F), and I have a dog (22Month M), we have been thinking about moving in together, as I currently live with my ex boyfriend (24M) which is super awkward in itself.

her baby is allergic to dogs, but she is not willing to try making accommodations for me to be able to keep as best as possible a safe environment for both the dog and her baby. It’s causing us some strain on the relationship. She’s also said that she would be unwilling to retest her baby for the dog allergy in the future. I don’t want to even think about rehoming my dog as he is like my baby (I can’t naturally have kids) and he has been in my life since he was 8 weeks old.
the child and the dog have met today for the first time (along with my partner and the dog for the first time), this went as well as I expected but she expected it to go perfect which it didn’t.

does anyone have any advice of what I could suggest to her to provide safe spaces that have worked for people, or any advice on what I should do moving forward.

You and your dog need to get your own place. I love dogs but if my child was allergic we wouldn't have one in the house.

Sounds like a non starter. You haven't been together very long, you live with your ex, this isn't a goer. She rightly has said the dog can't live with her allergic child. You quite fairly have said that you won't give up the dog. Live separately and see if it works (unlikely) or just end it and move on.

Baby trumps dog. Either rehome your dog or get your own place
