Hi folks,
i think i remember someone here posting that they get an injection to help with a sun/heat rash? does anyone remember the details?
I usually get it a bit but had a week away early in the year when it wasnt very warm and got a terrible rash on arms. I've taken antihistimines in the past and they havent helped.
Piz buin allergy does help a bit but the rash always appears in the end!!
If anyone could help that would be great.
