Tick bite?? Does any one have any idea what type of bites these are??

I have 3 bites and as a precaution doctors are treating for Lyme disease, with 3 weeks of Doxycycline. Does any one recognise or know what could have caused this, I didn’t see a tick present. The rash came out today 1 week after being bit.

Yikes! Doesn't look like a tick bite to me. My first thought was spider tbh.

That’s what I was thinking initially. I’ve been bitten before but never had a reaction like this!! It was healing nicely forgot they were there and then this!!! They are on fire. Thanks
