When do you stop taking your Hayfever tablets?

I’ve just taken the last Allevia I have and I’m wondering if it’s worth buying another packet?

Would it be totally reckless to stop taking them half way through September?

They won't have expired before next year, will they? So you could buy another box and have it in in case you need it/it will be there ready for when hayfever starts again in spring?

I take them all year round and I think weed pollen carries on into October. If you don't tend to suffer as badly at this time of year you could also flip back to loratidine or something for another month.

Thanks @Ineffable23i was thinking about flipping over. I usually start off with something like Loratidine in about February. Think I’ll just take those until October and then see how I go on Smile

For me, I start in about March and finish them in about October! I do feel the need to take them at the moment, tablets and nasal spray that is, hopefully for not much longer!

I’m hoping to stop them soon too @Solaire18381. not because I mind taking them but I know that continues use can have side effects.
